Coffee or Bust // 2 of 538

Yep, you read that right. Since my last coffee date a few weeks ago I have gained seven friends on Facebook. They come so easy right?

Today Liam and I met up with Amy and her daughter Hannah at Starbucks. I hadn't actually seen Amy, in person, in probably two years or more. I met her freshmen year of college at a small group (bible study) we were both members of. We actually met multiple times before she remembered me, apparently I'm easy to forget. ;)

Liam and Hannah had a blast playing on the floor of Starbucks, the dirty floor of Starbucks. They went back and forth between two sets of chairs facing each other and were trapped on the inside by a table and quick mamas. In our attempt to keep the littles entertained I whipped out Liam's yogurt puff snacks. Seriously those things are like crack for babies. I would pour a few on the table and they would go after them with fury. The only comparison that comes to mind is the pelicans off of Finding Nemo, "mine, mine, mine." Our sweet children had become vultures over yogurt puffs.

Hannah was obsessed with drinking her water. I mean that girl wanted to be drinking water or eating puffs the WHOLE time. But she's adorable, so it evens out. Liam did a lot of ignoring us for no reason. He starred out the window for a good while, read a book by himself, and tried to eat the newspaper off the table. You know, when he wasn't trying to rip off Hannah's skirt. Kids are so funny, right?

In other news, everyone can relax because Hannah found Liam's nose. So everything is gonna be okay.

Amy and I basically played a game of catch up on life. We talked about our babies, of course, where we're at now and what we plan for the future. Planning for the future (hah) like that's actually do-able.

Amy, coffee was wonderful. I can't wait for another play date. Soon, okay?
